Welcome to the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) Local 3 official website.  This website was created to showcase our craftsmanship and better communicate with our members and non-members interested in all types of masonry and tile setting. BAC Local 3 represents Bricklayers/Stonemasons, Tile Layers and Finishers, Restoration Masons and Caulkers, Marble Masons and Finishers, Terrazzo Mechanics and Finishers, and Refractory Bricklayers who work various aspects of the industry in the Northern 46 counties of California. One of our primary goals is to represent these workers in our jurisdiction, provide quality training, superior craftsmanship, respect and solidarity, and to promote our signatory contractors to help improve market share. BAC Local 3 members are some of the hardest working people in the construction industry and they have given their life to these trades. They are honored and respected for their pride, quality and efforts in building masonry.

We will promote the quality of our work as a craft for the members who as artisans demand fair, honest working conditions and a livable wage. We encourage all members to take an active role in their Local Union. Membership involvement is paramount to the success of our organization. We hope this website allows for more access to your Local Union and a more informed membership, contractor, and general public. We are here to promote the artisans of BAC Local 3 in masonry and tile setting in general.
